Pepper & Salt - SHADFORTH

I love this restaurantWe've wanted to come during previous visits to Denmark but have always left it too late to make a booking.

We spent a fantastic Sunday afternoon at Pepper and Salt recently. The food was outstanding. Special attention was paid to the children to make sure they had the same incredible dining experience that the adults did. Amazing food, amazing wine, excellent service and a view that we couldn't stop admiring. I cant image spending a more enjoyable Sunday lunch anywhere else in WA.

Had an amazing meal with a group of families on a busy Sunday lunchtime. Service was fast and efficient, the views and setting spectacular but the show stopping food surpassed all expectations. Chef Silas spent time talking to each and every table, including our kids table! Very special place to take guests if you want to impress....

In the first place let me state that the food was exceptional and our view from the table fantastic . The experience was marred at the outset by a very poor waitress who sat us down and then promptly forgot about us. She sat others down on the table behind us a few minutes after us, returned a few minutes later, took their drinks orders, brought their drinks and then returned to take their food order. After 20 minutes I had to get up and tell her that she had forgotten about us. She was very apologetic but the place wasn't too busy.

Great food, great service, great view, great wine, great fire. Worth a trip from Perth just for this.
