I attempted to call the restaurant twice, but there was no response. I had already paid for everything online.
I ordered a 12-inch chicken bacon ranch melt, but they didn't package it properly. Instead of the usual wrapping, it came in an 8-inch tall brown paper bag with no protection. By the time I got my food, it was all jumbled in the bag, and it wasn't even toasted. To make things worse, I found two hairs in it. This was the worst Subway experience I've ever had!
This is my go-to spot for a healthy lunch. The place has seen better days and could really use a thorough cleaning. The staff is decent, though the customer service could be improved. However, they do make a great sandwich, so for fast food, it's hard to complain too much.
2nd time I have ordered doordash from this store and they must think its funny to not fullfill the order correctly. Its not even close! I tried to call them but they wont answer their phone!
Love there subs and how u can make what u like how u like deals and friendly services they need to add a BLT to the menu
