The Nashville hot chicken is incredibly flavorful, and the lady mentioned that the sweet tea could easily be straight from the South! Great job, everyone!

I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:26 AM and waited until 10:30 AM, when it was supposed to open, according to their hours of operation from 10:30 AM to 9 PM. However, I was told to wait an additional 15 minutes for the register to open. This is unacceptable! If the sign says 10:30 AM, then that's when it should open—no exceptions. This feels like false advertising!

I didn't receive what I ordered, but the biscuit and mashed potatoes were delicious.

Only people in line and still over 15 min to get waited on. Very slow service. 1 guy was filling drive thru and lobby orders. No help. What's up with these baby chickens. The biscuit is bigger then the thigh Enough with the Chinese chickenSorry management

Big picnic enough to feed 35 people at charity event. Called ahead and food was ready and really hot and fresh. My Club was very pleased. Stephen from Seymour
