The Big Empty Beer Bbq - Seymour

We stoped by in October, Comeing from Levelland, Texas. I must say, you guys have the best bbq that I have ever had. Keep up the good kooking, you guys are awesome.

Our lunch experience was fantastic! I ordered the brisket salad while my son chose a cheeseburger. The salad was absolutely top-notch, and as a salad lover, I was thoroughly impressed! My plate was quite large, perfectly filled with a beautiful mix of ingredients: egg, bacon, avocado, tomatoes, crispy fried onions, shredded cheese, and of course, generous portions of shredded brisket piled high in the center. I had to work hard to finish it all because I was already quite full by the end, but it was so delicious that, being an enthusiastic eater, I polished off every last bite! My son’s burger was equally delightful! The patty had a great texture and was light on the palate, and the aroma was simply mouthwatering. We will definitely be returning frequently!

We saw a full parking lot, which prompted us to stop for lunch. The restaurant has a charming and inviting atmosphere. The BBQ was fantastic! We tried the brisket, Jalapeño sausage, and ribs. The beans are served in a communal soup pot, perfect for sharing. The prices are reasonable, and the service is warm and friendly.

While traveling from Lubbock to Denton, we decided to stop for a meal. There were six of us in total; some ordered burgers while others chose the Windshield Breeze sandwiches. We also got a few appetizers, and everything was absolutely delicious with generous portions. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, and our waitress was wonderful, always making sure our tea glasses stayed full. I highly recommend this place—if you stop by, you won’t regret it! By the way, I got the peach cobbler to go, and it was fantastic!
