Lula - SEWICKLEY

Lula was a great atmosphere with nice wine and tapas like menu. Some of the dishes were underwhelming and others were great.Thanks for reaching out. One constructive criticism would be regarding the Chevre Toasts. I expected more than thin toasts with minimal squirted cheese and a slice of apple. A google image search for Chevre Toasts leads to images more like what I was hoping for for $10.A positive was the petite and fritte. Very very tender with perfectly crispy fries and nice and balanced horseradish sauce.

I was here twice, the first time was good. but this time was a complete flopp. there was a full head of salat uncut on the plate. no dressing applied, nor the caesar ingredients with dressing on the side. really?! Lousy service on her part. go somewhere else, they were warned. I've never been a place like that. left most meal times there. No, no, they're looking at the picture below.

Eating is neither good nor service. I ordered a warm Caesar salad. what I received was an uncut head of the romaine, which was heated with the ingredients of the salat on the side. Really? 6/27/2022. That's why I ate for the service today. I could have saved the $20 and eaten at home. poor service and hospitality here. I suggest to try another place in sewickley.

Today for lunch. around 12:50p ordered water and a wine. 20 minutes pass, no one comes back for our order. there were 6 more patrons in the restaurant. When I paid for the wee so we could go to dinner, I was asked if I wanted to box our food. we were obviously completely forgotten. my card was thrown back when I tried to pay for the wee. we were not accused of happiness. the employees led talks to the point that we were completely ignored. the customer service needs a significant improvement. we do not recommend *03/15/2022 answer to the comments of the owner edit I arrived less than 3-5 minutes after my wife and did 5 years old (I used the parking app to pay outside, therefore I was delayed.) the person in the service came and took our drink order (all of us, I sat right there) and said they would come back to take our food order as I said. After waiting for more than 20 minutes, as she had enjoyed chatting with a woman in the corner, she totally forgot us. When I went to pay, she asked if we would keep our food in check. she never came back to take our order, so obviously it was impossible to box foods that were never ordered. she thought she had taken our order. with these few people at the place it was ridiculous that she totally ignored us. on a positive note, we found really good burgers at sidelines. it was close and the service was impeccable. I would encourage others to visit them if they would like a fast, excellent service and great burger and sandwiches. they also had a great drink selection.
