Last Sunday, I had two disappointing experiences during my visit here with two different orders. For lunch, I ordered a special burger, but it arrived cold—was the patty just sitting out too long? We also ordered apple pie, which was completely dried out from being under heat lamps for hours. To make matters worse, the Sprite we ordered turned out to be seltzer water, and my Diet Coke had a 2-inch piece of plastic in it. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and promptly resolved an issue when a worker accidentally discarded my gift card. However, after these experiences, I’m doubtful I’ll return. A friend of mine had a similar encounter, and the manager refunded her money, but it seems like this sort of thing is becoming a trend.
Whenever I visit this McDonald's, I truly feel the warmth and care. The staff is fantastic, the service is fast, and the restaurant is always spotless.
Typically, the service is excellent and fast. It must have been an off day because the fries I was craving arrived cold. It happens occasionally. Overall, they are still consistently good, so I’ll give them a 4 out of 5.
Additionally, I requested regular honey for one box of chicken nuggets and barbecue sauce and honey mustard for the other. I also asked for a lot of ketchup for both boxes because they often forget the ketchup entirely or provide just one packet, which isn’t enough. I figured asking for a lot would make it clear that we use a lot. Why does this happen every single time at every McDonald's? It wasn’t even busy when I went! I don’t understand why they’re so stingy with the condiments; I’d be willing to pay extra for what I need. As a server myself, I know how crucial it is to pay attention to customers’ requests for extras, especially when they mention that things are often forgotten. It’s really frustrating!
