Starbucks - Seward

This Starbucks is so good and they have such good workers I would definitely get a a white chocolate mocha with cold foam and caramel drizzle my FAVORITE worker is Justin he's so nice and has a great workmanship

Caramel Macchiato is not made like it is in Anchorage. I ordered a triple hot caramel macchiato with soy milk and I received what tasted like an Americano with burnt espresso beans. When I asked the barista to remake it (with a please and a thank you) because I thought maybe an order was mixed up, I was glared at and the drink was remade with a flat tone of voice. I watched the barista remake it and the caramel is not Torani caramel. It’s some sort of dark liquidy knockoff. No cinnamon was put on top. Soy milk did not taste like soy milk.Worst part was the drink tasted exactly the same as the first one. I asked if I should throw the first one away, I was given a “yes” with a side eye.tl;dr they burn espresso beans and have cheap substitutes for additional items that go beyond syrup and milk substitutes. Also ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich but it came out too hot so it dried out the bread…

No bathroom. How do you have a coffee shop with no available restroom?

Coffee was great. The one employee did great at getting the orders filled.
