Hungry Halibut - Seward

Went out today and the business is shut down. No one answers the phone. Too bad, the owner served delicious food.

We drove down to the address listed, but the food truck was not there. We asked someone who worked at the campground nearby and he said the truck no longer existed.

Not open till 10. Got there and it was closed. can't speak for the food. Will come back next time and write another review.

Unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to try this eatery. One day it was open for business per Yelp. The next, temporarily closed, unknown reason. Our interest and taste buds were aroused by its description and reviews. Maybe the next time we are in Seward? It's out-of-the-way location and being a local business also drew our interest.

Worth the drive! Best moist halibut I've had , maybe ever. Tartare sauce is delicious and sides of chowder and macaroni are very good. I ordered the grilled halibut and just going to also eat halibut on a bun. Very rustic but nice outdoor dining and friendly service.
