Seville Estate

The food at this restaurant was fantastic, starting with the delicious Sydney Rock Oysters. The fillet sauce was also excellent. I appreciated that the wine pairing was included with the meal, which is not something you see often. I really enjoyed Seville Estate's wines, and the small amount served with each course was perfect for me as the designated driver. Of course, you can choose whatever drink you prefer. This establishment only offers this service once a week for Saturday lunch, but it is great value for the set menu.

The food was incredibly tasty and the wine pairing was perfect. The staff was very friendly and easy to converse with, providing excellent service. The view of the mountains was beautiful, and the extra glasses of wine we ordered made our special occasion even more perfect. We will definitely return next year to celebrate our anniversary again.

I made a last-minute online reservation the night before and upon arrival, the staff was already informed about our request for the vegan menu. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the views and venue were charming. This restaurant would be perfect for a special occasion.
