Pan Y Piu - Sevilla

No es fácil de encontrar, pero escondido en las calles de Sevilla, situado en una esquina, en las calles Álguilas y Cabeza del Rey Don Pedro, cerca de la Plaza de Alfalfa, se encuentra una maravillosa panadería llamada Pan y Piu. A pesar de ser pequeña en tamaño y no estar en un lugar muy conocido, es identificable por sus grandes ventanas que hacen las veces de paredes exteriores. Gracias a esas ventanas parece grande y permite lucir sus productos. Desde cualquier lado se puede ver la fachada de la tienda, la variedad de panes al fondo y a los trabajadores. Lo más increíble y divertido es la vista de la cocina y el horno donde los panaderos crean obras extraordinarias de comida. Esta pintoresca panadería es conocida por los sevillanos por la diversidad de panes, tentempiés y bocados. Más que la cantidad de los productos, son los ricos sabores. Hay tres secciones de productos: panes, salados y dulces. Al entrar, se puede ver a todos detrás del vidrio y elegir cualquier postre que le guste que se haya cocinado ese mismo día. Todo es fresco y cocinado en hornadas pequeñas para que nada esté hecho por mucho tiempo. Hay salados de verduras, queso, hierbas, especias y también frutos secos. Lo mejor es una tartita de espinacas y piñones con miel y queso de cabra - una fusión de texturas, sabores y sensaciones. También hay dulces horneados y perecederos como flan o arroz con leche. Si quieres experimentar la verdadera Sevilla, y disfrutar de unos fabulosos pasteles, debes visitar Pan y Piu... si puedes encontrarlo, claro.

During our city trip we discovered this beautiful bakery shop. beautiful people, good coffee and we have tried all the different types of bread and baked. loves the oven fresh croissant salad (with ham cheese and really enjoyed our breakfast! a lot of luck with the start of their 2nd shop! we see you next time!
