New restaurant in SEVILLA, We came to this restaurant by chance, it is in front of one of the monuments of Seville (La torre del oro), they have a range of local products, they all do it in the oven of organic oak charcoal. many vegan and other vegetarian dishes. Sun wines are natural, without chemicals and all from small producers. We were attended by Jose Antonio the owner, he told us about his collaborations with local associations that work with organic products or sustainability. Their project of happy chickens, their eco-boxes ... they have tapas !! You cannot miss it, for now they are little known, for now. Congratulation!
