Blanco Cerrillo - Sevilla

I didn't know what was adobo until this wonderful day I discovered blanco cerrillo because of my guide in madrid who was from sevilla and told us where to eat properly. now I'm adoboholic.

In a nearby road, from the shopping street velásquez, they first notice the seductive smell of fried fish from the blanco cerillo as they approach. difficult to pass when you know how good the tapas are, especially with a cool beer.

Blanco cerillo has history in sevilla. several generations visited this bar, and especially for their fritted fish. the situation is not great and the bar is not huge, yet the people come from far to eat in it. the pavia de bacalao is excellent. that's not a chic tapas bar. it serves the most traditional tapas, accompanied by a cold beer (a cana.) they plan to eat at the bar when they go in a hurry hour. when they are in sevilla, they will pass by blanco cerillo, as it is in the middle of the city.

El adobo del Blanco Cerrillo es de lo mas recomendado, ya cuando te vas acercando al bar te lleva el olorcito y al probarlo se disfruta. También los calamares y la pavía son sus especialidades. Un buen precio por la buena calidad que ofrece.

Entiendo el tipo de bar pero siempre podría mejorar. Por ejemplo tener un poco mas de limpieza y dar platitos. Paiva muy bueno, tembien los calamares. Tipico en sevilla
