Taco Bell - Severna Park

I have visited this location several times now. This particular Taco Bell always has the best food! Smells good. Tastes good! Clean environment to eat!

I went here quite often until they started ruining my order almost every time I went. Tried to go today and the nachos were disgusting and bitter and when asked if they could remake the chips they said they just made them for the whole day. Got a refund for the chips but there’s definitely I reason I don’t come here anywhere near as often as I used to. Last time the Baja blast was broken, time before that they put so much beef in my burrito it was almost inedible. The list goes on

Good food, good/fast service, and reasonably priced.

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location, but recently they’ve been messing up almost every order I’ve gotten either through the drive through or the app. When you report the problem on the app, request for a team member to get back to you for a refund, no one ever gets back to me. They don’t answer the phone either there is no customer service email. The last time I ordered through the app, which was a few days ago, I placed a simple order one item was vegetarian. I did not notice the vegetarian item was full of meat until I got home. Also when I went to pick up that order, the lady in the drive through told me the order was ready to pull up. There were no other cars in the drive through except me, only two people inside the restaurant. I was waiting at the window for at least 10 minutes. There were 3 employees in the window area inside, I could see my order sitting there no one looked over when I was trying to get someone’s attention. I almost walked inside with my injured foot to complain. It is not rocket science to give someone their order after you tell them to pull up, it’s not rocket science to get a simple order correct.

Honestly one of the best taco bells ive been to. Food is usually gold standard for the chain, and never felt any (unwaranted) negativity from staff. Exactly what id want from a taco bell.
