Papa John's Pizza - Severna Park

Oh, my God, you didn't try pizza until you tried Papa Johns!

I went to the store and ordered the execution. The guy who worked the checkout was very polite, gave me updates while waiting for my pizza. There were only 3 people (visible) working, but my pizza came out in about 12 minutes and it was delicious! The prices were fair I would order again.

Updated review of recent my problems will not be dealt with in the way they are used to be unhappy, even if you are a loyal customer who often orders and lives a mile on the road apparently is a new rule as follows if u have a problem and its not reported on the same day... when you have one and nothing is done for you. So be sure to call and explain why u should get what u pay for in the middle of the birthday party or football game... I'm not a salty customer or a big complainer, but previous management understood that frequent customers inevitably have problems or things happened from time to time and that's okay and they just fixed them. I remeber blown away by support I got for a frequent customer, I remeber explain my question and politically cut to an answer from I understand can take care of it immediately! Boom! It was great and I miss it. Tried ordering and after at least 10 attempts still could not get it ordered correctly. After more attempts she got it right but told me 43 dollars for two large pizza. She stated I was not getting 2 toppings per pizza so full price on each. I thought 43 for page cheese pizza and large pep was excessive so cancelled order .I will never try again at this location as it was painful all the way around Good luck to those who give them a try be prepared for disappointment this is the 1st time I've cared enough to post a review ever on any establishment.
