Ordered food two hours ago literally turned the driver away! Called shop 4 times and was rudely told food would be any minute! Ask for refund was told boss will call me! Will be calling bank tomorrow if no call received! Shame as have used this place before and never had an issue!

Disgusting!!! Burn shish kebab when I complained the manager told me I should of brought the burnt one back to show him and he wouldn’t give me another one! Don’t waste your time they’re vile people!!

Ok we make allowances for the Covid situation BUT I still expect the right food. I placed an order and the phone was answered and I was asked to wait a minute and the operator then swore about another caller so obviously several phones on the go. I placed my order and 3 times i made clear my kebab order. I was told about 30 minutes. After an hour I called and was told it would be there shortly and 10 minutes later it arrived. The order arrived and we had cold garlic bread, cold chips no dressing with our kebab meat. Basically we were hungry, went out of our way to source a local supplier and support local business... wrong call. On a call to complain i was told I had ordered wrongly ... customer service NIL !

Have home deliveries on numerous occasions and always find their food excellent. Pizzas are fabulous and the Kebabs are the absolute best.If you like chilli sauce on your Kebab then theirs is the best. Home deliveries on Friday and Saturday nights will be slow but that is to be expected, on those occasions it would be wise to collect.

I come here quite often, I’d recommend their pizzas and kebabs. The ribs are really pricy and don’t often contain much meat on them, and that’s my only complaint. Staff are always very friendly and the service feels personal.
