When I arrived, the staff handed me a bag that appeared to contain my order, but when I checked, the most expensive items (£4.95) were missing. I tried calling the restaurant, but the phone was not answered. I then attempted to email them, but the information was printed poorly on the receipt. After waiting on webchat for 20 minutes, I was only offered a £2.50 credit for the missing items. I was unable to get my money back and had to purchase more food. This was a disappointing experience and felt like theft. It seems they made a mistake with my order and did not make it right. It was a frustrating and unpleasant situation.
There was too fast for the family-up young girl when I asked what I wanted her to talk about me when I reacted to what I wanted to rude also my order wrong, it comes on the screen, as they can get it wrong. manager must contribute too much to this Gapping guide
The staff rudely gave the middle finger when questioned about being open when it was obvious they were closed, despite advertising being open 24/7. Couldn't they have simply stated they were closed politely?
The restaurant is not actually open 24 hours as advertised on their website. Don't bother going. I went there at 10:30 AM on a Thursday and they were completely closed.
I get fed up with Swanley McDonald's. Any other McDonald's I go to with a drive through is 24 hours but swanley is the exception. Being a key worker I'm still working and alot of night every time I go to this McDonald's past 10pm...the drive through is always shut. I can't even get delivery as doesn't go to my area so the amount of waisted journeys for nothing is ridiculous. I would not recommend for key workers on night shifts. I see how people get annoyed with McDonald's and not all branches are the same as well as getting let down on a regular basis.
