The choux are very tasty. they can choose from many aromas from nutella to vanilla or something more fruity. they also make beautiful bubble tea.
Choux baked is good. they can choose sweet or salted. about 10 aromes for sweet pastries and 3 for salted. the prices are reasonable.
The personal was cool (some,) it was not busy, but one of them told us to wait and went in the kitchen, and the other came out to serve us. was quite shocked that these blase tea sites do not have the original milk tea version? at the end we just ordered the coffee-blowed. the tapioca pearls don't seem so great. they were not spherical, and they were too soft, they remained together so that they could not even be slammed through the straw.
The bubble tea was okay, though service was awful. There were three employees behind the counter (one of them with her pack of cigarettes and mobilephone in the hands), and no other customers, but it still took them 10min to serve us. They didn 't seem...to know how to cover the drink, and the cook told us agressively that the lid didn 't fit when we asked for one. Not very convenient to go shopping in Val d 'Europe with a plastic cup full of tea and no lid at all. Especially since bubble tea is usually served with a SEALED plastic lid on it. The tea was expensive compared to the usual price. It could have been understandable if it had been a very good brew, but it wasn 't. These people are clearly not professional at all. Looking like a fancy tea room and having the prices that go with it is not enough if the quality is not here.
