Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis is a young chef who has no experience about running a restaurant. The food is mediocre poor, very expensive and not worth the money. The restaurant manager's service philosophy is that of someone who pretends to know but doesn't know anything about service nor knows much about wine. It takes hours to complete the meal; virtually wasting valuable time sitting and waiting for the next course. Fixed menus have no actual physical menu to select from, you get what the chef gives you, fully surprised by what comes next whether it is still an appetizer, a pasta dish or a main course and you never know how many courses you get. Desserts are appalling, the chef has no real pastry chef training. A liquid sorbet is a sorbet diluted with cheap sparkling wine and a semifreddo is a broken cold panna cotta like molded invention I could not determine what exactly it was. Overall a very bad experience, spending 5 hours to eat a special lunch. Not worth the time and money for an international well educated food and wine tourist. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves food and expects great service.
