I pray that in these days I brought my guests from abroad to make tastings in different restaurants of the Agropontino, all visited really exceptional, excluding The Pomarancio which is unclassified. Booked dinner two days before, we settled in a room that (being a hundred historical Sermoneta could be a pearl, instead furnished by an aesthetic illiterate, is a really anxious place. Made the first order of appetizers, after about 1 minute we find banged on the table the reach of the first of the table side (with the apologies of young and totally unprepared waiter. As for appetizers, the only acceptable part was but mozzarella and mortadella, my simple bruschettes arrived without the tomato as it was finished (Saturday evening, 21, Italian “restaurant”! A special praise to make to the chef....the dishes are excellent in particular the rabbit really exquisite.... very nice outdoor garden and the very kind guys. To return in winter to admire the interior room...Bravi !!!

We stayed on the eve of Ferragosto: really a unique experience, starting from the dream location, away from the noises of the road and treated in detail. And what about dinner? We still do not find words to describe the love with which chef Matteo prepares his dishes and delighted us with really interesting flavors, from appetizer to dessert all an explosion of flavors. Staff professional and very kind. In the end we can say very good all and a wish to continue on this road that you have undertaken that will surely lead you to greater goals considering also the young age of chef Matteo! Superfluous to say that this experience will certainly be repeated!
