Kfc (sungai Besi Toll Dt)

Foreign worker cashier at this restaurant name Nirajan very rude!!! Management please pay attention and look up ur staf working infront of counter. I come here dine in not for free and i pay... Ordered set snk plate and already notified want to change milo..but still prepare the set with carbonate drink.. when i asked where is my milo..he said...u tak order!!! What??? Helooo i m not deaf and bisu whatever...i clearly informed...and after that he just change my drink without any say sorry etc with rude attitude...stupid!!!

The food is always good but the service is ok ok. Wasnt the best experience and they are always under staffed. The place is also slightly run down and really needs a new face lift with a vibrant staff. The drive through only works at certain, guessing due to low number of employees. Parking is good, got alot space but be aware of security as many cases of snatch and car break in reported at that area. Overall wasnt that bad

Order take-away classic zinger burger by kiosk. It’s ready within 30 seconds after payment. While I’m still surprisingly happy for “instant” service for fast food, the burger I’m holding cool me down from excitement, literally as well. It’s not even at freshly heated temperature. I request to heat it up at least then the staff heat it up with microwave. Well, this is one of many disappointments from my previous order from kfc. Chances are given many times but still can’t deliver what it should be. Sad.

Definitely a stopover on the way home if got craving for KFC Fried Chicken. Virtually empty at night. Can get your order <5 minutes from payment at the touch screen kiosk.

Conveniently located just after the toll. Parking is available. Service is quite fast. Table's are regularly cleared of leftovers.
