The cellar room at Three is a pleasant place to sit if you are in the room with a projector, but the rest of the experience is quite unpleasant. The prices are unreasonable and it takes a long time for your order to be prepared. We waited an hour and our order was still not correct - we asked for coffee with milk but received it without milk at the beginning. We also ordered okroshka with sourdough, but they brought it with kvas instead. They then told us they were out of the soup we had ordered after 40 minutes of waiting, so we didn't even have a chance to try it. We decided not to wait any longer for the cake. The food tastes okay, but nothing more. The portion sizes do not match what is listed on the menu.

I have never experienced such terrible service before. My friends and I went to the 8th Fairytale restaurant and we were extremely disappointed. We spent a lot of money and the service was incredibly slow. We ordered a hot drink but it came cold, a cocktail that tasted watered down, and a tiny portion of food. We had to wait and wait for everything. We even ordered champagne but there was no ice, even though the server promised to bring some. It was a huge disappointment that they didn't even have certain types of tea available. It felt like the staff were not attentive to the guests at all. Overall, our experience at this restaurant was a letdown. I don't think I will be returning.
