Last Wednesday night, my takeout burger poutine was delivered very late. I specifically asked for no frozen sauce in my burger, as I don't like the taste. Unfortunately, not only was my burger sprinkled with pepper, but my poutine was missing the pepper sauce entirely. Instead, they gave me a cup of frozen pepper to sprinkle on myself. The burger was cold and the poutine was disappointing. The restaurant only had a few tables occupied, so there's really no excuse for such subpar service. I would recommend improving the processes in place to ensure a better dining experience for customers.

The atmosphere at this restaurant is absolutely delightful.
