2nd review: The CHEF CHANGED. there is a clear drop in quality and amount of food. It doesnt mean i dont recommend but if you want the super high quality sushi i would recommend others for the same price. From exceptional it went to very good. 90k per person and 20k for corkage. The photos are from first review, won't post from 2nd review cause itnis pretty much less courses (no tempuras) and slightly lower quality stuff, futomaki was so so ish, almost no variety inside. 1st review: So far this is the closest to a real Japanese style sushi and sashimi I had in Korea. Menu can be expensive: 90k per person. But i think it is worth it. The photos talk by itself. Staff is super friendly as well and offer an intimate experience. Easy access through subway makes it a no brainer.
Superb quality lovely food. You sit down one of the stool next to a chef. He asks any dietary requirements. Awesome quality sushi after sushi. Sashimi after sashimi. Plenty of soups and in different types of soups to keep you hydrated and yebisu to go with as well. Creative and amazing dessert at the end
Had lunch. Not a top notch place but definitely good value for the money. If you are in need of the decent lunch place, for informal or formal, this place could be the one.
Great place, a bit crowded but the quality and quantity of sushi you get for the price you pay here (lunch @about $50 makes up for it and more. Omakase consists of about 15+ pieces of sushi, fried shrimp, steamed abalone, and more. In terms of components and ingredients, this is on par with some of the best sushiya in Seoul if not better(again, for the price The portions are very generous and is almost too much for people who are looking to get a light lunch, so make sure you hit this place hungry or beware : Be sure to try the white kimchi that comes on the side as its a great palate cleanser. Definitely recommended over the Pangyo store as the service and components of the course are worlds apart.
