Ask for extra balsamic reduction for the Caprese salad. Go for the chicken over veal Piccata. The Escargot mushroom appetizer is THE BEST!!!! Teleesa the server is awesome!!!!

Good food but what Italian restaurant is closed on Sunday the pizza is the best I had in the upstate

Danni was a great waitress! Our food and Moscow mules and limoncello were very delicious! We will be back! My husband gad the filet minon and could cut it with a fork.

I have enjoyed Paesanos since 2001. It’s the best Italian food available in the Upstate. As a matter of fact it surpasses all of the Italian food that I had in the 28 years that in Atlanta. The owner Frank is there all the time and makes sure that the food is exceptional and customers are happy. They have an excellent wine list and dessert menu as well. I highly recommend Paesanos.
