Five Guys - Seneca

We cut on the kohlen und zucker in our diet and loved that five guys a salad wrap option a burger in a bowl option. everything was delicious as expected from these youngs! also the customer service was great!

I have been there yesterday and the experience was not as good as the previous ones.The burgers were mushed in a wierd way and the mushroom used was not fresh, you can easy tell it is canned.After finishing my meal I ordered three strawberry milkshakes, then I waited to get them, the employees approached me to tell me they were out to strawberries so I had to cancel my order but the refunded amount was not including the tip which I put for service that I never got

Way over priced food, $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink. I also noticed when I got home my burger was only one patty when I had paid for the price of 2. The food was good, however I could have gotten the same food and quality from cookout for $6. They take forever, It took 25 minutes to get my food. This place is a complete rip off

Went to five guys tonight the girl on closing shift on October 9th with brownish blonde hair yelled at me and my friend for accidentally dropping peanut shells on the floor. After we apologized continued to watch us and give us nasty looks and slammed items around the store. Very dissatisfied. Will not be back.

10/10 would not recommend. They were rude af to my mother who went in to eat with her two grandsons. They messed up her order, refused to fix it, made her wait in line for nearly 20 minute for a refund then the manager was incredibly rude to her and shorted her $10. **** poor service and over priced food. 5 guys you really need to train your staff in hospitality and taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes
