Fatz Cafe - Seneca

Food was worth it for the price, but still not great, although certainly still good. It took a while, but we ordered 5 meals and there were at least 5 other groups of 4-6 people so it makes sense, but a 45-minute waiting period is still 45 minutes waiting. Service was very friendly and helpful, although unfortunately only a bit underoccupied. The atmosphere is pretty bland to be honest. The roof has quite ugly supporting structure visible and everything feels somewhat cheap. It was as clean as the staff probably worked with as few people, there was a bit of stuff on the floor, but nothing rough, things like straw wraps, but I can't say the same for their almost completely order bathroom.

We're not from here and we're going to happen to this restaurant and I have to say I'm so glad we made it! Jesse was our server and she was an absolute pleasure! She helped us navigate the menu, gave great suggestions, and was overall only helpful and friendly and made the experience really great. The food was incredible. The loaded notes were my absolute favorite thing, sooo good! We also have the bbq explosion burgers that exactly as it describes an explosion of amazing taste! We have some other items that were just as delicious! Everything was hot and fresh and super quality! Thank you. Jesse for a great experience!

The most friendly staff in Seneca. The food is excellent for the type of restaurant this is. This is an American chain restaurant for families. I love the roles and the Calabash channels. My wife also loves the $5 Margaritas.

Parking almost rude, maybe 6 tables when we went into, not including people at the bar. After we had set ourselves, our waiter needed a few minutes to finally come to us and take our drinks order, because from the 3 servers we saw was our only one that did everything. I've never seen another server doing a single thing for our entire visit. We had to ask for cutlery after eating our app without them or napkins. The food was so expected that there were no complaints.

If I could rate this restaurant a 0, I definitely would. Walking in, we were greeted by the hostess. She was lovely. As we were seated, our server took about 10 mins before greeting us and taking our drink order (it was very slow, there were only 6 other tables and the parking lot was bare). We sat and waited for another 10 mins just for drinks. I ordered a sweet tea. The sweet tea tasted like, water and sugar (Roach water)Couldn't even taste the tea. We also ordered the firecracker sticks. When we got them, they were still doughy and saturated in grease. Our rolls were also undercooked and you could tell the oil they were cooked in was old. My popcorn shrimp was under cooked as well as my chicken fingers. Our server barely interacted with us. The bartender helped us more than our server. The bartender was very delightful. For two people our food was about $65 in total including drinks and appetizer (definitely NOT a $65 meal). The food was absolutely horrible and doubt we will return.
