Starbucks - Seminole

Ask for butter on a bagel and got cream cheese ask for almond milk in my coffee and got none this is a daily occurrence. How hard is it to fulfill a minimum wage request? The only skill required for you to earn a living is to actively listen to your customer's needs and if you can't even do that then you shouldn't have a job

My favorite location ? they genuinely have the best attitudes and I love the morning staff mainly because I'm always there in the morning but overall I've had a good experience anytime of the day. I've been going to this location since they've opened several years ago. I don't have anything to complain about even when they run behind. I'm a pretty patient person. At the end of the day it is just coffee and this is coming from somebody who is pretty obsessed. There are more things in the world that are more important and these young adults are working very very hard to make sure that other people have a good experience and are happy. I'm not really understanding some of these reviews, but I will just say that I am very pleased and I will continue to always come to the store. Portia is such an incredible manager and she takes Pride and her job and she loves her staff and cares about her customers

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. My girlfriend got a matcha latte, which came out horrible. I got an Irish cream, which was also completely messed up. This happens every time at this location.

Empty inside the store midday but workers were busy so must?ve been full of mobile orders or busy drive thru (didn?t look it). I felt I didn?t wait too long but I got a very simple drink- iced chai tea latte and many more drinks were going out before mine. An employee did apologize for the wait. Drink was fine but very very full of ice.
