Amazing, delicious, healthy eating with good taste. the most beautiful lady helped us this morning.

They offer gluten free options, but it's not super gluten friendly. The sandwiches are made on Udi's bread or similar, which is fine. They don't have certified gluten free oats for the Açaí bowl, which was disappointing. I got it anyway with some almonds on it, but without the oats it was more like a smoothie consistency The flavor was good though. I'll go back again and try more things for sure. The service was great! The lady behind the counter was super knowledgeable and friendly.

Friendly staff, great environment, cozy furniture. the food was well presented and quickly came out. all in all this is a great place!

They are supposed to be open at 6 o'clock. but here I sit on the parking space at 6:20

While I was in Tampa I happened on this place by accident. I was looking for something different so I went there on a hunch after looking at the menu online. What a great restaurant. The first day I went there I had the Thai Bowl and it was superbAnd topped off with Salmon. It was so good I went there the next day and had the Açaí Bowl a vegan option and it was even better. The people that run the place are more than friendly and you feel welcome from the minute you walk in! They cater to all tastes but also have an extensive vegan menu which can be hard to find in Tampa even though most restaurants say they have vegan options translated as salads on the menu this place is the real deal! Even though I am not a vegan or vegetarian, occasionally I do go like to indulge myself in a healthier diet. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!
