Rude workers. Messed up a burger and I asked if they could fix it because they forgot the cheese and they slapped a cold peice if cheese on it and when I asked if they could actually fix it the worker growled at me and I could hear her talking bad about me as she went back. Won't be going here again.
I ordered breakfast and the young lady who had taken my order didn’t hear me say I needed two McMuffins. Technically, it was my fault for telling her the order was correct when it wasn’t. When I got to the window I let the young lady know and she said she couldn’t charge me and I needed to go to the back of the line. I immediately asked for the manager and Elaine came and asked me what I needed. She didn’t question me or give me any attitude, she just added the extra McMuffin to my order. Although the cashier was rude, I really appreciated Elaine for fixing the situation and making it right without any hesitation. Thank you Elaine! :
I honestly never expect much from a McDonald 's, but this is the absolute worst one I 've been to. First, no one greeted me at the speaker after sitting there for quite a few minutes. So figuring they were closed I pulled around, only to find 2 cars sitting at the window. I had to order from the girl at the window, who of course gave me attitude. I ordered sausage mcmuffins. I was charged with sausage mcmuffins with egg (which are more expensive and my kids don 't like the egg anyway). When I tried to have it fixed at the next window, the manager tried to tell me that they were the same price as the regular ones. Then finally gave in and was like okay well I need your card to fix it ? . After a few more minutes someone else came to the window and had to clarify what was going on because they were confused . I ended up just asking for a complete refund at this point, and went somewhere else.
