After work on a Thursday, so they were very busy but the young man working the counter was fast and kept a pleasant attitude. They just need to find a way to make there waiting area less cramped. Maybe fit the sodas behind the counter somehow?
This store has good customer service and they will get their pizzas 8/10 times. Since 2018, this is only my third question. I always command the app or call otherwise wait would be a problem. When I moved to Selma in 2018, I had to get used to longer than I want to wait. Her stuff of crust tends to be undercooked. These pictures are 30 minutes after trying to bake it. We baked it for 10 minutes, hoping not to burn it. The third time was not a charm. The heat was not high enough, but normally it takes us no more than 375 in the oven for 10 minutes, just in the convection. Half of it we made in the oven and the other half in the convection. I didn't get an original in front of the picture because I didn't anticipate a problem. This time it was so doughy that we didn't get it right. I took it back and they made it new and forced a soda to my perseverance. I took my pizza at 7:20. There was 8:20. My redo near 9. It took so long between us trying to fix the problem itself and repair the store until I got the pizza home, shortly after 9, the kids torn into it, so I didn't get a picture from Redo. I cut it into smaller pieces, not them.
They had us and a couple others order and wait outside for fresh pizza but when the pizzas came out, the employees served people who had just gotten there while we had waited for over 15 minutes, my boyfriend had to hop back in line to make sure we got our hot n' ready. We ordered a meal deal overall but just left without our complete order because we knew we wouldn't get the breadsticks anytime soon. The employees were unorganized but friendly.
They always take forever to get your order out. Ordered a pizza through the phone and came 15 minutes late for it because its happened before and it still wasn't ready. 15 more minutes later they tell me its almost done and it took long because they messed it up. I take it home and the Supreme pizza didn't have a good portion of all ingredients. It was supposed to be half supreme half Hawaiian and I had a slice that was just pepperoni and 3 slices supreme look like they just threw a handful of all ingredients and didn't bother to spread them out and evenly. The pizza was so think with so much sauce that you couldn't hold up a slice without it falling apart and all ingredients came off. Had a small layer of cheese that just slid off because of all the sauce and thin dough.
Placed my order at around 3:40pm today and arrived close to 4:10. Order wasn?t ready yet, which is fine. Notified the employee that I was picking up my online order, and she came back a few minutes later with my order. Upon arriving home I notice my large pizza has two slices that are completely folded over as if it was thrown into the box. If I had known it would turn out like this I would?ve told them to take their time.
