Harris Beef - Selma

I am currently waiting for the call regarding my second interview, but aside from that, the overall experience has been quite professional.

In the production area, particularly in department 104, I witnessed carcasses being dropped on the floor without proper trimming or sanitation before being processed alongside other products. This experience has led me to believe that the meat produced there is of low quality and potentially unsafe. I cannot recommend this company or any of its products to anyone.

Loader are amazing... Guards well that's something different was told I have. 4am appointment guards would not check me. I said I could not do until after 630am... NOTE this is a 24hr facility...

Harris Ranch produces outstanding beef. Beautiful marbling and coloration, wonderful flavor and juiciest, and because their cattle are raised well, good nutrition. As a Journeyman Butcher I really appreciate how consistent their product is. They really have their production and ranching down to a science, and they uphold high quality standards.

Very good place, I'm out here, I had an appointment around 8 o'clock I came 7:45, they gave me a door to write and began to unload. love it.
