The service is southern homely feel with the same faces The food does not seem fresh, hamburger steak was a char patty more onions than gravy or meat. Food is always lukewarm. The drinks are delicious. When traveling through I try and frequent them but I've just gotten worn out. Idk... Delicious food, great service. The place is packed as a testament to the fact that people love eating here. Need I say more? They should carry wine though. They only serve beer and soft drinks. That was my only complaint. Overall a great restaurant and price point.

This place is pretty bad. we gave it 3 or 4 visits. the BBQ is not even close. get something else. I've had their burger, its maybe average. other items like chicken strips and salads are very basic, but the prices just keep going up. MUCH better places to eat in Selma, especially BBQ. Try Hancock's BBQ or Lannie's both are much better for BBQ than this place. It's been for sale for years.
