Outstanding service and super helpful staff! Ordered my daughter's birthday cake from there and the ladies were nice enough to call and confirm colors and offer what they could do to make her birthday extra special! The cake was delicious and beautiful! Everyone loved it! When picking up the cake the store was clean and the welcome was warming. With the few moments I had to wait I was offered a scoop and informed of the fun things they had going on! 10/10 recommend for your birthday party cakes!

I have to brag about my local Baskin Robbins! I love the Baskin Robbins at the Forum! They are always so friendly there! I buy all my ice cream cakes from them for many years. Always get great customer service from Jay and his staff! His wife makes the most beautiful and delicious ice cream cakes for all occasions! This one was for my co-worker 's birthday today. Cookies n Cream ice cream with White Cake. Price is great! Especially for the amount of work it takes to make this kind of cake. I usually order the cake in advance but there are times I need one at the last minute. They always have a good selection of pre-made ice cream cakes that I can choose from. I get them to write Happy Birthday or any personal message too. So glad that I have a go to place that knows me and will make sure my order is ready for pickup on the day I need my ice cream cake! Thank you Jay, Jay 's Wife, and Staff! I really appreciate the great service!

Apple Cider Donut was a tasty flavor, as was Pineapple Coconut, and Very Berry Strawberry.

I absolutely love it when I walk into a place of business and a husband and wife duo are there manning their stations! You always know they are going to deliver you top-notch quality and service. This place was exactly that! Although I did not take pictures of what my kids ate, I was a static to take pictures of what I got lol it was two freshly baked cookies with freshly scooped ice cream in the middle. I could not have asked for a better and more delicious ice cream sandwich. The cookies were not overly sweet, which is hard to imagine, but they seem to balance sweetness with texture and flavor very well. I would highly recommend stopping at this Baskin Robbins, and treating yourself to some delicious flavors.
