They have been perfect; hot, crunchy, tons of flavor. Therefore, the next time you stop by and are looking for that side item to go with the chicken. Get the rings, well done. You’ll be glad you did.
Our first trip there; recommended by friends. The meal consisted of: fried mushrooms appetizer, 1/2 lb. livers, 1/2 lb. gizzards, 5 piece all-dark chicken with green beans, sweet potato waffle fries, pinto beans and a roll. Also ordered a side of coleslaw. Everything was delicious! The mushrooms and livers were the absolute best I've ever had. We took home more than we ate, lol. Finished with banana pudding and blackberry cobbler. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for great southern cooking. The staff was amazing, as well. Our server was very cordial and attentive to our needs.
Great food and plenty of good food!I went there last Night and I going back!
Jerry and I both ordered breaded tenderloins, he had onion rings me fries. They were huge. One of the best ones I've ever had.
We have heard a lot of hype about this place, so we decided to have dinner here tonight, and ultimately regret the decision. My wife ordered a the chicken fried chicken (it was 14.99) and received a one tiny piece of chicken that wasn't breaded well. She ordered the sweet corn and it was way too sweet, and glazed carrots that weren’t sweet at all. For that price I don’t see how all that would cost that much for the portion of chicken. I ordered the fish and chips (was also 14.99) it came with one fillet, some fries and one side. The fillet was over cooked and the breading was soggy and falling off. For us to spend this price, you are better off going to Cracker Barrel. We left feeling hungry and disappointed.
