El Encanto - Selinsgrove

I'm not usually one to write reviews, but after my second takeout experience from here, I just had to share. Wow, they are fantastic! I ordered the chicken empanada and the appetizer sampler (though it has a different name on the menu) for lunch, and I have enough left for dinner too. The portion sizes are generous, and the empanada was possibly the best I've ever tasted. The sampler was simply incredible—*chef's kiss*! This place is outstanding; let's spread the word about it!

Food was very good. Server was very friendly. Portion size fits the price you pay.

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and the food was nothing short of amazing. It was definitely worth the drive from Williamsport. I ordered the mofongo with shrimp and creole sauce, and the portions were enormous, packed with incredible flavor. We were also served a rice dish that was simply the best rice I've ever tasted. The service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. I can't recommend this place highly enough, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The food was delicious and served hot. The service was excellent as well. I particularly enjoyed the chicken breast with shrimp and the fried plantains, both of which were very good.

I was a little skeptical about how the food was going to be. The menu does not sell the the food very well. BUT I tried the Burrifongo with beef....and it was fantastic!!! I was pleasantly surprised and recommend giving this place a try!!!
