I had a great time at the restaurant. The price per person was around £20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, with a rating of 5 for each. I highly recommend trying the Steak and Ale Pie.

Our second visit for a meal, and again, it was excellent, and we had a great time. Same menu and different specials. I had a special, it was Sea Bass on a bed of greens and new potatoes. Very nice, not a big portion, but very nice and enjoyable. Great service and excellent atmosphere again. Our first visit was a Saturday night, this time a Wednesday night. Very busy, so you need to book, but not crowded. Parking: It's not a big car park but plenty of room best to reverse park. So it's easier to get out, there is street parking as well. Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair access through the beer garden. With a moveable ramp to get over the one step into the bar/ lounge eating area. Lovely pub with friendly staff and locals. The steak pie was amazing and the lasagna was probably one of the best I've tasted at a pub. Dog friendly. Our little spaniel enjoyed her treats.
