Very tasty pub food, friendly team members and a 'mr whippy' ice machine. for small children and small children there are a lot of play equipment, including a bounty lock and inflatable dia in the garden and there is a reasonable baby change station in the toilets. we were very welcome.

Lovely inviting pub with log fire in the winter, took my wife for sunday lunch and was not disappointed. Lovely area for the kids outside and Lil the Land lady cant do enough for you, will be going back time and time again. Traditional pub with quality ales. Thank you Lil

That is our local, always friendly and welcoming. Sunday lunch is excellent and in summer the large equipped beer garden is fantastic for families. children love it. lil and andy land lady and land lord are always there to help anyway they can. bingo Tuesday night is just such a social meeting together, amazing local.

We found this place at the end of our trip in north yorkshire! the food was authentic and rich in taste. the amount of dishes is enough to serve two people to have a good meal. owner is so friendly and they take minimal time to serve them the best! we had starter record that is good enough for six people. we care about quality and ordered another main dish meal, but at the end we have to take home the old court! I hope they enjoy this place. prost!

We were very welcome for the length of our stay, unfortunately we were outside and above and were not able to taste the food. we hope we will go back and around a bit more tour. many thanks to the host. would definitely recommend.
