Sonali - Selby

We had a good experience at Sonali, walking around the town looking for some nosh. They have a good menu, are very friendly and the food was first class. Highly recommended.

Walked from Boston Spa to Tadcaster late afternoon and made it to the pub before darkness.

We visited the sonali a few times over the last 18 months and every time we are amazed by the quality of food. We tried a few new dishes (new to us) and we have never been disapointed, the service is top class as well.

Out for an evening drive looking for a country pub, drive through Tadcaster and found this lovely Indian restaurant. We were welcomed by Taz a very pleasant young man who took our order and updated us on the progress. The food was delivered by Mo a very gracious young man and what a delight. The chicken saag was spicy and tasty the chicken sali a delight and the pathia exquisite. The sundries and naan were excellent. The atmosphere in the restaurant was really good made even more welcoming by the delightful staff. I certainly will return, thank you for tasty food.
