Pizza Thyme - Selby

Was told delivery would be 45 minutes after 1 hour 15 minutes i rang back to be told they were in their way. 30 minutes later they arrive even the pizza box did not survive as it was soggy. Rang and complained told i i would receive a full refund. Rang back to confirm when the cash refund would arrive but was blown away by theShocking customer service told no manager on site, eventually spoke to someone who speaks very little fluent english and even though they could collect the pizza no refund recieved. Having used this company on many occasions will never use them again. was a genuine complaint and not trying to get a free meal. Dominos maybe a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for. Good quality and customer service.

Really poor, used this place for past 5 years but no more!! Missing food orders, tasteless chicken, sad to say bye but too much competition that are doing better

We ordered a £50 takeaway at 6:40 PM and were told it would be ready in 1 hour. The order finally arrived at 8:20 PM and we were disappointed to find that all of the chips were cold, overcooked, and inedible. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Last night, I ordered a burger and chips along with a portion of onion rings. I requested only salad on the burger, but it took 70 minutes to arrive even though I live nearby (usually I would pick up, but I had just been in the bath and didn't want to get dressed again). The chips were tasty, but the burger bun had been covered in a spicy salsa sauce that was unpleasant, causing me to throw the burger away. The onion rings were also burnt and had to be discarded. In the end, I paid £8.50 for just the chips. Since it was late and I didn't want to wait another hour for a replacement, I decided not to bother calling to complain. That's the last time I'll be ordering from there.

This restaurant is perfect for a quick meal - you can order your food and have it in hand in less than 15 minutes. The quality of the food is excellent and it tastes delicious.
