We went to try the special menu for the 2018 Gastronomic Festival of Terceira and we really liked it. Starter and main course were really good, but we specially liked the deseart, which was a mix of regional sweets. The staff was nice and friendly. It's a nice place to go and have a nice dinner.

This is a very nice hotel. We found it simply by taking a long walk one day. The buffet was amazing!!!!!!!! We will go back and maybe stay there the next time. We are still talking about it.

Cozinha do Carocol offers a buffet several times each week. It contains a main fish and meat dish, shrimp, a soup, a half dozen salads, cheese (local), drinks, five or six desserts, rice, vegetables, bread, juice, and more...all for under 20€. The calamari stew was excellent. Both the stew and the main pork dish used Azorean recipes. The service was exceptional.
