QUALITY AND INTERESTING PROPOSALS Dal Gigio is a small but welcoming place in Seguro, a residential hamlet of Settimo Milanese, on the outskirts of the Lombard capital. It is a place from Puglia (it is no coincidence that there is a Bari t shirt and dishes such as orecchiette with chop discovered almost by chance given that I had only seen the inviting menu online and tried the other two from Seguro, Pizza and Mozzarella and Hostaria de la Busecca . The menu is very varied and includes many interesting proposals as well as new dishes always arriving (in fact I have already been there several times to try them including agnolotti with braised meat and the latest arrival saffron risotto with horse ossobuco (particular given that usually it is made with veal , both very good, the last one in particular competes with the pair 's chops, another strong point of the place. Its variety includes a nice assortment of unique dishes which, trust me, will fill you up (just look at the image of the agnolotti... , fresh burgers, horse meat and breaded uregie the typical Milanese cutlets in various combinations. The food is truly a pleasant discovery, good and plentiful dishes: in particular the risotto was great, well creamed and creamy, the uregia well breaded and light (probably more than the common ones, better this way , while the chops with a nice filling tasty they have their strong point in the sauce: trust me, it 's the bomb. Truly an explosion of flavor enough to make us slippery, a dish that I absolutely recommend! Beverage: I have always taken beers, so I rate those, on tap they are not bad, the classic artisanal but well chosen bottled ones and others less known like the one with the devil.
