Whataburger - Seguin

First time ever eating at a Whataburger. We don't have Whataburger where we live. The cashier looked shocked when we told her we never ate at Whataburger before. Whataburger is amazing and if you live by one be grateful. I am so sad that I don't have access to one near me. I am docking one star because the cashier didn't ask us if we wanted cheese on our burgers. We went to a different location the next day and they asked us if we wanted cheese. We didn't know that was a thing and wish the girl the day before would have asked especially since we told her we had never ate there before. Also docking one star because we had been over charged $12 for an extra meal that we didn't order and they had forgot our onion rings. Both issues were resolved easily, just glad I caught the mistakes.

So I'm changing my review for this whataburger. Great customer service experience. Very professional young ladies.

Something fishy is going on at this Whataburger. I ordered a Whatachick 'n Bites Meal off the menu board, but when I paid the price didn 't seem right so I asked the manager who was standing there. Sure enough, the price shown was $8.69 but I was charged $9.79. I questioned this, and the manager said it was probably an old price on the printed menu board. I again questioned because it didn 't match what I was charged, and she said she couldn 't do anything it was up to corporate. And if I didn 't like that, she didn 't really care then walked away. Operating partner, Bryan Hernandez I am now asking you. If your manager really can 't make decisions, and keep a customer happy over a dollar difference, you might want to rethink your policies. It made me wonder how many other people didn 't pay attention to what they paid and have been overcharged. I 'm not even sure this is legal at least it shouldn 't be.The chicken was cold, and because the bites were all different sizes, some were overcooked and some were undercooked. The Texas toast was dry and had no flavor, as did the gravy which was as thin as water, and not worth the calories. The fries had a really weird aftertaste so I was afraid to eat them. Does this look like a $10 meal to you?Whataburger used to be a great Texas classic that you could always depend on. I am not sure of they sold to someone else, but with this level of customer service and quality of food, you have lost another customer.

Parking lot not the cleanest, had 2 drive thrus, zero people in other line we were waiting to place our order and they took 2 cars orders that drove up while we waited, long wait for food, got drink order wrong and eventhou we asked for Ketchup only gave 2, for 2 large order of onion rings and and 1 LG French fry.

Decent for fast food.
