Schlotzsky's - Seguin

Placed order online. When I got there 15 minutes later there was people coming in off a bus. Waited around another 20 min for my order and still nothing. Called up there and the rude lady said we are busy and you will just have to wait another 30 min or so. I placed my order before the bus was there obviously, she refused to issue refund and told me I would have to call back later because she was too busy and hung up on me. Rude customer service.

Most of the workers are great, but our cashier Sam was a very rude guy! He poked fun at the customers in a condescending tone. Also when we asked questions his responses were so incredibly rude, as if he were annoyed to be there! He acted like he was so inconvenienced to take our food order.

Pulled up to order and was told to wait. Waited 20 minutes with no answer from inside.

I absalutly loved the food and the people there. There were these two ypung girls, one had bangs and the other girl had short brown hair. They were so sweet and so great at their job.

I had a wonderful experience particularly with the girl with bangs she had fantastic costumer service and was extremely helpful definitely will be returning soon.
