Saigon Bistro - Seguin

This Vietnamese restaurant is fantastic! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beef pho is delicious, and the beef skewers are flavorful. I also enjoyed the best matcha green tea with Boba I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!

Saigon Bistro is a hidden gem in Seguin. The food is fantastic, always served hot and fresh. The owner and his family are incredibly welcoming and personable. Their Pho is the best in the area, and the seafood dishes are top-notch in the city. I've tried nearly everything on the menu, and I'm consistently impressed by how delicious it is. The portion sizes are generous compared to most places, and the prices are very reasonable. If you haven't been yet, you definitely should! I give it a perfect 10/10.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. I tried the beef stew that was recommended, and the flavor is something I'll never forget. I’ve made a note to come back regularly. The staff here is outstanding and very friendly.

The food is always on the point. I've been here in Seguin for six years. And it's wonderful. The owner is always you care about and also friendly. There is no disappointment.

We had the most amazing meal here. The vermicelli noodle bowl was incredible, and our sping rolls barely graced the table before they had disappeared. Excellent service and fresh food. Seems to be made with care and attention to detail. I can't wait to come back and try it all!
