It's Just Wings - Seguin

The fries were overcooked and the chicken was tough. It was a terrible experience with excessive oil in the takeout bag. I will never order from this restaurant again. I wouldn't even give it one star.

The food was delayed by an additional 45 minutes and was served cold.

I placed an online order with this restaurant over 2 years ago and have since been constantly bombarded with emails from them despite unsubscribing multiple times. Despite reaching out to their corporate office, I continue to receive unwanted emails. As a result, I have chosen not to order from them or dine at Chili's again out of frustration. If you are looking for delicious wings, I recommend visiting Crosstown's (locations in Batavia and Naperville) instead. Their wings are the best and worth the trip!

I ordered 11 boneless wings. Curly fries were supposed to come with the wings. Regular fries were given.

Not impressed.I ordered boneless wings with 2 different sauces: Mango Habanero and Buffalo sauces. The order came with curly fries which were soggy by the time they reached my house via DoorDash, but I expected that.The wings were barely warm and had hardly any sauce on them at all. If they had been sauced properly, they may have been good. I guess we'll never know.I should have checked Yelp before ordering.#disappointed
