Whatta Pizza - Seguin

Nice little family restaurant primarily pizza takeout but has a basic dining area and deck. Excellent pizza, excellent staff.

I will start by saying that I generally do not write reviews. In fact I think this is one of my first but I have never been treated as terribly as how I was spoken to by this employee on my life!We were spending the week in muskoka at the cottage and while we were out drove by this very cute pizza shop. We grabbed a menu on the way by so we could order a bit later that night and skip the cooking. I called and ordered a small pepperoni as well as medium pizza half with bacon, chicken and mushrooms. The other half with bacon onion tomato and pepperoni. The young lady on the phone checked with the kitchen for a quote on time and took my name.Twenty minutes later I arrived to pick up the pizza. The women at the cash "Courtney" informed me in a very rude tone that next time I will have to order 2 pizzas because they won't make that pizza again with spit toppings. I responded that I was not told that when ordering or I could have ordered two pizzas. She said ya well the girl didn't know. She rung up my order to a whopping $43. When I questioned the cost I learned that I was paying for all toppings even though they were not on the entire pizza. I told Courtney that someone should have called me back and I would have changed the order. It is not right that I pay for things I was not receiving. Courtneys response was "Well I guess you should have ordered 2 pizzas then. That's just the way it's going to be because the girl on the phone didn't know any better." So because your employee didn't know the procedures the customer pays for it? Simply not right!The lack of customer service and rude attitude that I received from Courtney was completely unacceptable! Had I not had hungry children at home I would have left the pizza right there on the counter.I most definitely will not be back! The pizza was quite good however the customer service was completely unacceptable.

Near Humphrey and Lake Joseph Road Gluten free and vegan available. P'Zoli's are to die for even if you dont like dough.. tasty ...try one but can you stop at one? other food available as well

Garlibons is where IT IS AT! Best thing I've ever eaten. Should of doubled my order, holy man! Pizza is excellent and everyone who works at Whatta Pizza is super duper cool beans. Would recommend A+ +

Stumbled upon this gem after a weekend camping. Beautiful location, delicious pizza and jalapeno poppers, pizza size was generous leaving us plenty of leftovers (medium pizza for 2 people). Staff was great, very friendly and quick. Definitely planning to return.
