I don’t even want to get my money back she was so confrontational. If I get sick going back to the states I don’t know what I would do. Poor customer service skills.P. Iva was very rude. She called me outside to argue and asked if I had a problem with her. It started when she was not trying I assist me. She was ignoring me and helping other customers that were not in her line. I’ve had the worst experiences here. Mc Donald’s need to seriously do some retraining on customers experience and satisfaction
I rarely mark business down, because I am running business as well , it is not easy to do so. But at the airport when you rush for your journey, you are expecting a fast service from a fast food am i right ? at this Mcdonald, I am totally shocked , 5 staffs behind the till, only one is working and the other four just chatting including a white collar shift manager, ignore the length of the queue. I waited for 20 minutes to be served ! and there were only one customer in front of me! what a joke, once upon a time, in a show called Top Gear, someone famous commented something controversial on the TV, I think he was right ^ ^ I am British . I voted for remain! don’t let me down Europe!

Pulizia eccellente, gli addetti passano continuamente a pulire, il manager gira costantemente tra cucina e sala per verificare che tutto funzioni, personale molto curato, uniforme pulitissima e addetto alla caffetteria gentilissimo e molto professionale (Juri, mi sembra). Esempio di standard da seguire per tutti i punti della catena. 5 stelle meritatissime.
