U-thai Restaurant And Bar - Sefton

I was extremely let down by the food at this restaurant. When you go to a Thai restaurant, you expect the food to be delicious. I thought the starter was decent, but it fell far below restaurant quality. It seemed more like frozen food from Iceland that had been warmed up - the chicken was tough like rubber and the seafood was poorly cooked. I also ordered a cocktail, which was warm, very strong, and overly tangy. The bill came to 60 pounds, which I wouldn't have minded paying if the food had been worth it. The staff were friendly and talkative, but despite the great service, the food was just terrible. I definitely won't be returning.
