Caffe Nero - Sefton

The best Coffee in town, great atmosphere, always clean and tidy. Myself and the kids love going to Caffe Nero on Lord street. Lucy, Joe, Damien team always go above and beyond to make sure everything is OK and are always v friendly! Definetly recommend

One of the baristas working here is lovely and a skilled barista, however the experience was ruined by the snotty attitude of her coworker There is really no need to talk down to someone or use a condescending tone with a customer who is politely asking for something. I've been a barista myself for over 13 years and I've never considered myself above anybody especially customers just try having a more approachable attitude I'm so sorry for interrupting your conversation by the coffee machine dear.

The staff and service at this restaurant are excellent, providing a great coffee experience! My dog, Bella, and I feel incredibly welcomed. It's hard to choose between Chapel Street and Lord Street.

The restaurant was pricey, so we only went in to escape the cold with our dog.

Takeaway latte and bacon roll very nice as always. Than ks to Joe and Damien for help with a recalcitrant app too ! Recommended. Thanks from Marc
