Bakers Dozen - Sefton

Went with the family for Sunday lunch. Great quality and value on the food and drinks. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, excellent all round.

Great improvement, came today for a family meal and enjoyed our food , good value with the offers and staff were helpful and friendly if you haven't been for a while give it another chance as its definitely an improvement , also came last week and enjoyed our food then aswell !

We had great service here at the Bakers Dozen. Dannie was an excellent help. He gave us great seats for our visit and helped us navigate the menu to help us find what we wanted. We stayed for a good couple hours and it was brilliant the entire time. My cheese burger was delicious and the chocolate cake Dannie recommended was sublime. 10/10 would recommend!

We came for lunch today and we were extremely disappointed from start to finish. We walked in to lord of tables that were empty but had lots of dirty dishes on them that hasn’t been cleared. These were still not cleared when we left. No one was around to greet us on arrival. There was no one behind the bar or anywhere for that matter. My friend suggested we order via the app, we ordered a drink and food. Nearly 20 mins later we had nothing at the table. Then the food arrived and I had to ask where the drinks were. The waiter went and got them and there was no apology. If the place was busy I’d understand but we were one of 3 tables, it was dead. The food was rubbish to match the service, I got a chicken wrap with 3 measly bits of chicken and the wrap was a big tortilla folded over, it wasn’t even wrapped! Chips were soggy and looked microwaved. My glass of coke had lipstick marks on the glass and a hair in it. When we left I wanted to raise the issues but I couldn’t as there wasn’t a member of staff in sight! Absolutely beyond poor.

Great value pub classics and the menu has lots of choice to satisfy all, staff were really helpful and nice venue.
